of an AT-AT (All-Terrain Armored Transport) walker from 1980's
The Empire Strikes Back is probably going to appeal more to
Dad than to kids who don't remember this chapter of the Star
Wars saga. This Lego kit comes with 1,064 tiny blocks, which,
when constructed according to the detailed three-dimensional
diagrams in the instruction book, form a replica of one of
these four-legged turtle-like combat vehicles. The kit also
includes pieces to assemble a Lego Luke Skywalker with light
saber, two snowtroopers, and a ground craft. This is a complex
model and is recommended for older children and adult collectors.

down to the last build-it-yourself detail, the LEGO Millennium
Falcon includes action figures of all your favorite rebel
heroes from Star Wars. (Chewbacca has to be the weirdest LEGO
figure ever made, but he looks great!) The 659 pieces fit
together to form the Falcon, which has a laser cannon, a pod
on the side, and even a smuggling/hiding crawl space to foil
hapless storm troopers.[This
is a great set and was loads of fun to put together and display
opened with the entire crew inside. Get it if you can find
it as it is no longer being made. I have most of the Star
Wars sets and these are great fun for the kids and the collectors!]
